Roger That is a push-to-talk voice communication application designed for group coordination during road trips and convoys. The App provides:

• Real-time voice communication between trip members
• Location sharing on a map view
• Trip creation and joining via codes
• Participant list with status information

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App while driving in a manner that distracts from safe operation of a vehicle

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROGER THAT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring while using the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
